This product is compatible with the following RAM Systems:-

  • DT 1500 RAM with 12 Inch UAX uConnect 4 Systems
  • DJ 2500 & 3500 RAM with 12 Inch UAX uConnect 4 Systems
  • DT 1500 RAM with 12 Inch uConnect 5 Systems
  • DJ 2500 & 3500 RAM with the 12 Inch uConnect 5 Systems

Please Note This is NOT Compatible With: 

  • 8.4 UAM uConnect 4 Radio (This is a more basic system with manual air conditioning controls). 
Q: Is this system compatible with my existing Caravan’s Camera?
A: Our system is compatible with most Caravan Camera brands on the market and can have either a NTSC or PAL video signal format. Some popular brands are Safety Dave, Sphere, Polaris and Dometic. Unfortunately it is not possible to connect an AHD camera to our system. If you are not sure what camera you have on your Van, please contact our Sales Team for Assistance.

Q: Will my Caravan Camera cable need an adapter?
A: Our systems have a Female RCA connection for the caravan camera (see below image #1). Most Caravan Cameras will have a multi-pin plug so an adapter from this connection to a Male RCA is normally required. An example is below in image #2. If you are unsure, please feel free to get in touch with us, send us a picture and we will be able to advise what you will need.

 

          
  • Compatible with NTSC and PAL Cameras Only – Not Compatible with new AHD Cameras. If your not sure which camera you have on your Van, please contact our Sales Team for Assistance.
