How to switch display between CarPlay / Android Auto and original MB audio
Push and hold of ‘RETURNÂ ‘ from audio control pad,
will switch display mode between CarPlay / Android Auto and MB audio.
Config of Apple CarPlay / Android auto – 2 WAY CONTROL
1. Uses the original dial knob and buttons around for config of CarPlay / Android Auto.

2. Uses touch screen – overlay of matching sized touch panel on display
The touch panel we use for NTG5*2 COMAND is all made with a capacitive touch glass.
SOUND INTEGRATION (AUX TO USB ADAPTER)
Sound Playback in Android Auto & Apple CarPlay
An USB to AUX adapter comes with the kit, to plugged between car’s USB Media input &
our product’s AUX / RCA Audio out, not the phone itself.
Selecting audio to USB (will show as ‘USBAUXMEDIA’) source from MEDIA window, will allow sound to come through
Benz Sound system. (might have some back ground noise on high volume)
For those vehicles with Idle Engine On / Off
The feature itself won’t damage the headunit, however in terms of usage within CarPlay / Android Auto,
It will go through constant connect / disconnect of the phone and audio’s sync
Which may result an error down the track, hence It’s best to use without the Idle Engine function.

And from the day of receiving the system, you must inform us if you’d like to refund or claim for Warranty replacement within 7 days, along with reason of request.
For the replacement, in event of our product needs to be replaced to a new system, we request to return the product to us, at buyer’s cost.
And once we receive the system we will commence testing and firmware update for the system if required – It will take up to 1-2 days.
Up on simple update fix / replacement confirmed , will dispatch it back to customer at our cost.
