Apple CarPlay / Android Auto Integration for
Audi Q5 from 2009 to 2016
With 7″ Display & Multimedia Interface with Navigation – 3G MMi Audio.
Those with software versions number, starting like below:

HNAV (3G MMi High)
HN+ (3G MMi Plus)
are compatible with this upgrade.
For those 3G MMI Basic – with BNAV Software – please contact us prior to purchase,
as BNAV equipped MMi screens have a different size compared to the MMI High / Plus.

It offers the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Requires USB connetion between the phone and our device.

It comes with an USB input integration cable as well.
Meaning that the connection will be done through the standalone USB port , not the one that was already in the car.

On top of standard features, our product grants above functions if fitted with those additional accessories.



How to switch display mode between radio & CarPlay / Android Auto

Press and hold of ‘NAV BUTTON’ on MMI button panel, will bring up
CarPlay / Android Auto on original MMi Audio display.

Refund / Warranty and Replacement:
We provide 12 months warranty for our products.

And from the day of receiving the system, you must inform us if you’d like to refund or claim for Warranty replacement within 7 days, along with reason of request.

For the replacement, in event of our product needs to be replaced to a new system, we request to return the product to us, at buyer’s cost.

And once we receive the system we will commence testing and firmware update for the system if required – It will take up to 1-2 days.

Up on simple update fix / replacement confirmed , will dispatch it back to customer at our cost.

Yet we always do a pre-testing prior to dispatch in first place, to minimize this kind of event.
